1-10 lbs | 0.5-4.5 kg…………………………………… ¼ scoop (1.25 g) per day
11-20 lbs | 5-9.1 kg……………………………………. ½ scoop (2.5 g) per day
21-50 lbs | 9.5 -22.7 kg……………………………….. 1 scoop (5 g) per day
51-75 lbs | 23.1-34 kg………………………………..1¼ scoop (6.25 g) per day
76-100 lbs | 34.5-45.4 kg……………………………1½ scoop (7.5g) per day
>100 lbs | 45.4 kg……………………………………… 2 scoops (10g) per day
Mix dose into ¼ of pet’s usual food serving; follow with the rest of food serving to ensure pet will ingest full dose.
Add 1 scoop of water and mix thoroughly into pet’s food.
