Fiberlicious is 100% pure chicory root extract (oligosaccharides). Pure inulin! The branching glucose polymers give Fiberlicious a sweet taste the moment it hits your tongue.

This oligosaccharide supports the growth of friendly and healthy intestinal bacterial therefore promoting good colon health. Inulin tumbles through the digestive system, landing in the colon where it is metabolized by bacteria. It is in essence a prebiotic, responsible for increasing colonic bifidobacterial populations and modulating intestinal microflora.

6-12 years old: Take 1/2 tablespoon once a day. 12 years old and older: Take 1 tablespoon twice a day.
