Often combined with glucosamine, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) also helps support cartilage and restore its flexibility. Its ability to make the cells more permeable means nutrients pass through the cell walls more easily while metabolic waste is efficiently transported out of the cell.

1500 − 6000 mg per day, not to exceed 2000 mg per single dose
